Our administrative services, utilizing our custom reinsurance software system, coupled with our personal assistance in the evaluation of the underlying business, provide our clients with a distinct advantage in monitoring the continuing profitability of transactions, enabling the parties to act rather than react when certain trends appear.

We have strong relationships with a number of well-respected producers, direct writers, reinsurers, and third party administrators. On average, we place over $250 million annually in reinsurance premium. Once we put a plan of reinsurance in place, we provide our services throughout the life of the plan until the business runs off, from the negotiation of agreeable terms and preparation of the formal documents (paying close attention to NAIC and state regulatory requirements) to valuable monitoring assistance including periodic reporting, analysis, and graphics in a booklet format generated by our software system which provides clear and useful information to all parties involved.

To begin our association with a prospective client, we offer to prepare a portfolio review of the client's plans of reinsurance and provide our recommendations for improving its current position. As a part of this review, we have developed a Reinsurance Questionnaire that both clarifies the client's objectives as well as provides us with the essential information necessary to evaluate potential reinsurance solutions.
